Description

Guide multiple agile pods concurrently to improve collaboration and delivery across IT and business functions in Austin, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage project pod budgets and finances, utilizing burn-down charts to track progress.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to build agile capabilities and foster continuous improvement.
• Support teams with resource allocation to maintain agile practices and ensure project delivery.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience managing agile projects within large organizations.
• Experience overseeing teams of 10-20 members within a single pod.
• Expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
• Proven track record of implementing agile techniques in diverse work environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification.
