Description

You will lead the transition of software development from traditional SDLC to Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategy and execution plan to transition software development processes to Agile.
• Develop Agile processes, templates, training materials, and management best practices.
• Lead Scrum team training, Scrum of Scrums, PI planning sessions, and retrospective workshops.
• Manage corporate-wide Agile software engineering support and establish an Agile PMO function.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices to ensure methodology adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile development and coaching.
• 4+ years of experience leading large Agile programs, software development, and system deployments.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise-wide Agile transformations.
• 2+ years of experience conducting Agile team training.
• Proven expertise using Jira, Jira Align, and QTEST.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, IT architectures, and technical standards.
• Strong facilitation skills for planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Agile Coach certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).
