Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation to embed new ways of working across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the multiyear Agile transformation portfolio, including scope, timelines, and value propositions.
• Coach senior executive leadership on mindset shifts and the value of new ways of working.
• Identify and triage organizational impediments to improve productivity, quality, and continuous delivery.
• Scale the Agile delivery model across geographies and facilitate collaboration between group and country teams.
• Drive engineering practice outcomes and partner with technology teams to establish continuous delivery processes.

Required Skills

• Experience implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency in managing workflows and team discipline using JIRA.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
• Ability to define and implement Agile Assessment Frameworks (AAF).
• Experience facilitating Big Room planning events with cross-functional leadership teams.
• Capability to design and implement Agile Architecture Operating Models.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and adopt new organizational practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or Extreme Programming.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Behavior Driven Development, or Human Centered Design.
