Description

You will lead the transformation into a customer-focused, outcome-driven organization by implementing product management and Agile best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on demand gathering, prioritization, roadmapping, and user story authoring.
• Facilitate Agile Release Train and program-level events, including PI Planning, Quarterly Product Reviews, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Design organizational structures using various team topologies and product/platform taxonomies to scale agile beyond individual teams.
• Drive OKR workshops with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and delivery teams to align on objectives.
• Assess team maturity and implement Agile metrics to monitor transformation effectiveness and value realization.
• Develop agile training materials and deliver hands-on instruction via virtual collaboration tools.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in Information Technology.
• 7-10 years of experience working within Agile software delivery environments.
• Deep experience coaching Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Release Train (ART) teams.
• Proven ability to influence leadership up to the executive level.
• Expertise in facilitating large-scale planning and synchronization events.
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Ability to mentor other agile coaches and build enterprise-wide coaching capability.
• B.A., B.S., M.S., B.E., or B.Tech in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using Mural or Miro for virtual facilitation.
