Description

You will lead Agile transformation efforts across the enterprise, coaching teams and leadership to adopt and mature Agile practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CoE leadership to define and execute the Agile transformation roadmap.
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Design and deliver workshops to upskill teams on Agile principles, DevOps, and TDD.
• Analyze team performance data to identify gaps and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, reinforcing Agile principles during product transformations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years in Agile coaching roles within large, complex environments.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or related field.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with TDD and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency using Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align for process optimization.
• Experience coaching for Agile product transformations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Lean principles and product-focused practices.
