Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and expenses to ensure successful delivery.
• Align resources to key project roles and establish clear accountabilities across the team.
• Execute risk management and mitigation planning to address potential project blockers.
• Drive readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder management to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project integration and act as interim Program Manager when required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or agile coaching.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and driving change adoption.
• Ability to represent senior project stakeholders in high-level meetings.
• Experience managing project execution, integration, and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
