You will guide development teams in adopting automation practices across testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Advise teams on strategies to reduce technical debt and improve code quality via refactoring and standards implementation.
• Align productivity methodologies with modern engineering practices to enhance technical delivery.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and playbooks to scale engineering best practices enterprise-wide.
• Act as a change agent, securing buy-in from engineering teams and resolving resistance to new tools or methodologies.
• Drive automation adoption by guiding teams through test management automation and CI/CD pipeline tooling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or technical architecture.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps concepts using GitHub, Jenkins, XL Release, and Ansible Tower.
• 7+ years of experience leading and executing test automation frameworks including TDD and BDD with tools like nUnit/xUnit, Selenium, and SonarQube.
• Proven track record in a senior coaching capacity within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in promoting and coaching modern CI/CD pipeline tooling and test management automation best practices.
