Description

You will support Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology teams to improve agile processes and drive cultural change.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes with project, program, and portfolio teams to provide guidance on agile best practices.
• Lead agile workshops and assessments for development teams, functional teams, and key stakeholders.
• Coach senior management and individual teams in agile practices to ensure top-down adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by setting goals, milestones, and using metrics to measure progress.
• Facilitate learning and development through individual coaching and the creation of interactive training content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proven experience building and executing at least one end-to-end Agile transformation.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coaching ART execution.
• Experience scaling and sustaining Agile Communities of Practice and participating in an Agile Center of Excellence.
• Experience coaching at large organizations, such as Fortune 500 companies or banking institutions.
• Proficiency with Jira and CI/CD tooling.
• Scrum Coach and Scrum Master certifications.
• Experience managing agile projects of varying size and complexity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of XP techniques.
