You will drive large-scale Agile transformations and mentor teams to improve delivery, quality, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles to enhance delivery and collaboration.
- Implement SAFe across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with framework values and principles.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams on backlog management and user story refinement.
- Identify organizational impediments and collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation roadmaps.
- Utilize metrics and data to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Agile coaching or Agile transformation roles.
- Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and SAFe frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading Agile transformations in large-scale organizations.
- SAFe Agile Certification (e.g., SPC or SA).
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess team maturity and customize coaching approaches.
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
