Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead and execute enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and programs

Design and implement scalable Agile frameworks, including sprint synchronization, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration models

Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership using data-driven insights, including DORA metrics, to improve delivery performance

Establish and manage metrics frameworks to track flow, quality, stability, and backlog health

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve organizational impediments across teams, vendors, and leadership

Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and outcome-driven delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master roles, or enterprise Agile coaching

Proven experience leading scaled Agile transformations with strong knowledge of DORA metrics and delivery performance frameworks

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership, drive organizational change, and coach teams across multiple programs
