Description

You will drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and scale capabilities across multiple squads in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching to teams on Agile Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to build self-organizing units.
• Facilitate multi-team events including Scrum of Scrums, Big Room Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Configure and manage DevOps tools, specifically transitioning workflows from legacy Jira to Azure DevOps.
• Develop and sustain the organizational Agile playbook based on pilot team learnings and organizational goals.
• Align product vision with delivery roadmaps by working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience acting as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a tech environment.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles during scaled agile transformations.
• Expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience configuring Azure DevOps and Jira, including report generation.
• SAFe ART Launch Certification and SPC 6 Certification.
• Proven experience conducting formal training sessions and workshops.
• Ability to measure and assess agile team maturity regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Retail or consulting industry experience.
• MBA or advanced degree in technology or business.
