Description

You will coach and support multiple Agile Scrum Teams through complex IT and business product delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple Agile Scrum Teams, including internal and external resources.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, reviews, retrospectives) with the Product Owner.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate delivery impediments to optimize flow and manage risks.
• Guide Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Foster continuous improvement to drive team maturity and increase consistent velocity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proven experience as a servant-leader with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience delivering modern enterprise software using Agile methodologies.
• Solid familiarity with Jira, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI concepts intersecting with Agile delivery (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent grooming).
• Experience leveraging AI-enhanced tools like Copilot and Microsoft platforms to streamline workflows.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to manage conflict.
• Ability to interpret AI-generated insights and translate them into actionable team guidance.
