You will drive enterprise-level agile transformation by coaching teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and product owners to improve agile maturity.
• Develop strategic paths aligned with enterprise requirements.
• Facilitate quarterly planning sessions across distributed teams.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including those in Canada.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile coaching roles.
• Proven track record of working directly with product owners.
• Experience conducting quarterly planning cycles.
• Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with remote, distributed teams.
• Background in business consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of Digital Product Management.
