Description

You will define product value and lead teams toward high performance as a hybrid Product Owner and Agile Coach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap while managing a transparent product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, validate, and prioritize features through user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders on agile principles to resolve impediments and dependencies.
• Monitor product progress and quality using metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an agile environment.
• 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or agile practitioner.
• Deep understanding of the ITOM domain.
• Proficiency with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with ServiceNow and sprint planning.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.
• Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Professional Agile Coach (PAC), or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
