Description

The Agile Coach drives enterprise-wide Agile transformation, coaching teams and leadership to improve delivery predictability and organizational performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple business units and enterprise programs.
• Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Assess Agile maturity, define improvement roadmaps, and establish Agile KPIs and dashboards.
• Enable executives and managers on Agile leadership principles and metrics-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT and project delivery experience with 3+ years as an Agile Coach.
• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence, Miro, and Power BI.
• Experience with value stream mapping, Agile metrics reporting, and change management.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PSM, ICP-Client, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
