Responsibilities

• Implement agile techniques within different organizational cultures and environments.
• Run agile projects of varying sizes and levels of complexity.
• Educate and coach team members on agile principles and practices.
• Lead and motivate teams to improve delivery workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven ability to manage complex agile projects.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
