Drive organizational culture change by coaching teams and leadership on Agile frameworks and mindsets in Farmington Hills, MI.
Responsibilities
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other Agile roles on specific practices and responsibilities.
- Facilitate and observe sprint activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Use delivery metrics and quality data to identify improvement opportunities and foster continuous program improvement.
- Mentor managers and executives to transition from traditional management to forecasting and Agile metrics.
- Identify and resolve project or organizational impediments through facilitated working sessions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Scrum, SAFe, XP, Lean, or Kanban across full lifecycle software development projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Agile role such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Developer.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Deep understanding of the Agile Manifesto, values, and principles.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess teams and create outcome-based transition plans.
- Experience implementing governance practices to align with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for training documentation and negotiations.
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree preferred.
