You will guide teams and organizations toward effective agile practices and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams through incremental improvement cycles and adapt approaches based on team maturity.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and difficult conversations across technical and executive levels.
• Apply systems thinking to understand how culture and structure affect team behavior.
• Support multiple teams in professional environments using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Drive pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset in traditional or hybrid project management settings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on agile experience in professional environments.
• 3+ years in an agile coaching role supporting multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, AzureDevops, and CI/CD.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in traditional or hybrid project management environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, healthcare).
• Familiarity with scaled agile approaches and DevOps practices.
