You will coach teams and drive organizational agility across complex environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams on Agile principles and delivery frameworks.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Support the implementation of Scaled Agile Frameworks including SAFe, Spotify, and LeSS.
• Establish Agile playbooks, best practices, and governance processes.
• Measure and improve delivery efficiency using key metrics like cycle time and velocity.

Required Skills

• 8–15 years of Agile experience, including enterprise-level transformation programs.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven success driving Agile adoption in complex IT organizations.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred Skills

• ICP-ACC, SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), CTC, or equivalent certification.
