Description

You will drive Agile transformation and coach teams across large-scale organizations to improve delivery and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles to enhance delivery quality.
• Implement SAFe across multiple teams to ensure alignment with framework values.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on backlog management and user story refinement.
• Identify organizational impediments and collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct Agile workshops, training sessions, and boot camps to build organizational knowledge.
• Use metrics and data to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching or driving large-scale Agile transformations.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and SAFe.
• SAFe Agile Certification (e.g., SPC or SA).
• Proven experience implementing SAFe in large-scale organizational environments.
• Hands-on experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess team maturity and customize coaching approaches.
• Any Graduate degree.
