Description

Coach teams and drive agile adoption across organizational levels. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams at Portfolio, ART, and Team levels using facilitation and training tools.
• Implement scaling agile frameworks within the organization.
• Drive a learning culture through workshops, meetings, and gamification.
• Manage product backlogs using relevant tools.
• Provide coaching and mentorship across various organizational structures.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of total experience, including 4-6 years in Agile Coaching.
• Mandatory SPC certification.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience implementing scaling agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAFe.
• Strong understanding of group dynamics and organizational culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a client-facing role.

Preferred Skills

• Formal MBA or Engineering degree.
• Experience in the Automotive/Auto-ancillary industry.
