Responsibilities

• Drive agile transformations across the organization.
• Identify and resolve impediments using courage and pragmatism.
• Act as a servant leader to support team growth and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with diverse, multi-cultural stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe concepts.
• Experience managing multi-cultural teams.
• Proven track record of handling agile transformations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the banking domain.
