What's the Job?

• Serve as a servant leader and chief coordinator for Agile delivery, supporting planning, execution, and continuous improvement across large-scale initiatives.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile Release Train ceremonies, ensuring teams are aligned and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Translate business, regulatory, and technology requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support accurate development and testing.
• Lead end-to-end delivery execution across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including dependency management, milestone tracking, and resolution of impediments.
• Support governance and compliance by ensuring adherence to change management, risk, and control frameworks, including required forums and audit-ready documentation.

What's Needed?

• Strong experience serving as a Release Train Engineer, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or Delivery Lead in a large-scale Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies, including experience facilitating PI Planning and Agile Release Train ceremonies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams and maintain strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving program-level risks and impediments, using delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms
