Description

Drive Agile transformation at the program and portfolio level, scaling practices across large programs and Agile Release Trains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple teams to scale Agile from individual squads to full Agile Release Trains.
• Coach teams through DevOps transformations, implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Facilitate key ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Implement flow-based experiments to balance demand with capacity, optimizing lead time, cycle time, and throughput.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish consensus across cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including software design, architecture, product management, or business analysis.
• 1+ years of explicit experience as a Program Level Agile Coach supporting large Programs or Agile Release Trains.
• 2+ years standing up Agile teams through training and role enablement.
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Level Agile Coach for Product Development teams.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in an Agile leadership role.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience coaching teams through DevOps transformations and CI/CD implementation.
• Proficiency with ALM and workflow tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Rally, or Version One.
• Deep understanding of flow-based metrics such as Cumulative Flow Diagrams, Lead Time Distribution, and WIP limits.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
