Description

Coaches IT, operations, and business teams on Agile principles, scaling frameworks, and engineering practices to deliver high-value software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Technical Leads on Agile behaviors, mindsets, and servant leadership.
• Act as a change agent to set the vision, remove impediments, and drive thought leadership on scaling Agile development.
• Mentor teams on product management, design thinking, engineering culture, and DevOps practices.
• Evaluate existing processes and methodologies to identify strengths and recommend continuous improvements.
• Facilitate team transparency by escalating impediments and sharing progress with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience coaching Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and scaling frameworks.
• Experience working with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and engineering culture.
• Ability to model Agile behaviors and drive mindset shifts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
