Guide product managers and agile release trains through large-scale enterprise agile transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach product managers and owners on defining measurable objectives using OKRs and data-driven decision making.
• Guide agile release trains in storymapping, MVP creation, prioritization, and estimation techniques.
• Identify areas for improvement in agile maturity across various lines of business.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and the operating model across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working as an Agile Coach.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Extensive experience coaching teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven experience participating in or leading an agile transformation within a large-scale enterprise or top bank.
• Expertise in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Atlassian agile management tooling.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior executives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe SPC, SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or PSPO certifications.
• Master's degree.
