Description

Guide multi-year agile transformations by coaching teams and programs on Lean-Agile values, principles, and practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on organizing, mobilizing, and launching agile teams while mentoring product owners and team members.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enable efficient, sustainable, and measurable delivery.
• Identify intra-team patterns and anti-patterns, establishing feedback loops for trust, psychological safety, and transparency.
• Design and lead workshops on Lean-Agile pragmatics and coach junior colleagues on agile values.
• Report on team dynamics and collaborate with client organizations to adopt sustainable capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years working in an agile culture with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks.
• 7+ years as an agile coach, including 7+ years as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Experience coaching at least 2 agile teams concurrently through a multiyear transformation.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation using SAFe or similar scaling frameworks.
• Understanding of technical enablers including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and compliance requirements.
• Expertise with agile tool suites (Atlassian, MS Teams) and technical engineering techniques (TDD, BDD).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach certifications.
• Active leadership in the agile community.
