Agile Coach

You will drive large-scale Agile product transformations by coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and product leaders toward increased maturity.

Responsibilities

• Coach product teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to improve delivery and business value.
• Design and deliver interactive workshops and training sessions on Agile principles, DevOps, and XP engineering practices such as TDD and CI/CD.
• Analyze team performance data and metrics to implement actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
• Standardize Agile ceremonies, workflows, and reporting using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• Partner with CoE leadership to execute tailored transformation roadmaps and facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching roles.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Practical understanding of DevOps, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for process optimization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CSP, SPC, ICP-ACC, or ICP-ATF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum).
