Coordinate business, UX, and technology teams to define goals, articulate requirements, and drive delivery in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and manage project timelines.
• Prepare specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation.
• Query data and create visualizations using SQL and Power BI.
• Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to generate business documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a UX role.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management and user story writing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or JIRAGEN.
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects and work independently.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience in investment banking or financial services.
