Description

You will coach engineering teams and leadership through Agile transformations, focusing on technical practices and organizational behavior. You will own the adoption of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS within complex environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
• Drive technical excellence by mentoring teams on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and improve communication across complex organizational structures.
• Apply systems thinking to navigate and improve large-scale product transformations.
• Leverage Agile metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile coaching roles.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
• Proven ability to coach for Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSP, or SPC.
• Experience transitioning teams from traditional methodologies to Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of organizational behavior and change management principles.
