Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives and coach teams toward maturity.
• Conduct hands-on training on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Support product teams in adopting Agile and DevOps best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and facilitate alignment across stakeholders.
• Standardize Agile practices using Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience in large, complex environments.
• Expertise in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and LeSS frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, or SAFe SPC).
