You will drive organizational agility by coaching teams and leadership on agile principles and best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and processes to design and implement agile adoption strategies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Team Leads, and senior management to ensure top-down adoption of agile practices.
• Lead agile workshops for technical disciplines and key stakeholders to facilitate learning and development.
• Facilitate working agreements and structured prioritization frameworks to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor team progress through daily follow-ups, stand-up meetings, and objective metrics while removing anti-patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Deep expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proven experience scaling agile and managing projects in hybrid waterfall environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing organizational change and breaking down silos between development and operations.
• Ability to implement value-based prioritization frameworks and manage technical debt within agile workflows.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to coach individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Experience integrating quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Coach or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience coaching in large organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
