Description

The Agile Coach establishes and shapes an Agile Center of Excellence, embedding directly with delivery teams to define and implement Agile practices across IT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Embed with delivery teams to facilitate sprint ceremonies and strengthen delivery discipline.
• Coach product owners, scrum leads, and engineers to remove blockers and address anti-patterns.
• Build resilient team dynamics and establish working norms from day one.
• Drive meaningful progress by partnering with IT leaders and stakeholders.
• Set the foundation for consistent delivery and scalable Agile practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced experience with IT project management tools such as Workfront or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, IT systems, and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record managing large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Previous leadership experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Financial Services or Banking.
• Understanding of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
