Description

You will embed with delivery teams and leaders to strengthen execution, reinforce effective Agile practices, and improve delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Leads to improve flow, clarify roles, and maintain healthy backlogs for consistent delivery.
• Identify and address delivery blockers, Agile anti-patterns, and behaviors that negatively impact predictability and throughput.
• Support Agile adoption efforts through onboarding, launch, and stabilization phases to help the organization transition to Agile ways of working.
• Reinforce consistent use of Agile tools and practices to ensure work remains visible, current, and aligned to execution standards.
• Partner with the Agile Center of Excellence to share lessons learned and continuously improve Agile enablement approaches.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management or related field.
• Advanced experience in IT project management, managing large, complex projects with a proven track record of on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycles (SDLC), and cloud technologies.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront or MS Project.
• Intermediate knowledge of Financial Services or Banking domain.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
• Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Preferred Skills

• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
