Description

You will embed with delivery teams and leaders to strengthen execution, reinforce effective Agile practices, and improve delivery outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Leads to improve flow, clarify roles, and maintain healthy backlogs for consistent delivery.
• Identify and address delivery blockers, Agile anti-patterns, and behaviors impacting predictability and throughput.
• Support Agile adoption by coaching teams through onboarding, launch, and stabilization phases.
• Partner with the Agile Center of Excellence to share lessons learned and continuously improve enablement approaches.
• Reinforce consistent use of Agile tools to ensure work is visible and aligned with execution standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management or related fields.
• Advanced experience managing large, complex IT projects with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and cloud technologies.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront and MS Project.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with advanced speaking and writing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous leadership experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Financial Services, Banking, or regulatory compliance.
