You will guide teams through Agile transformations and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Coach 3–4 Scrum teams concurrently.
• Drive Agile maturity and transformation initiatives.
• Apply Scrum Master methodologies within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• 6+ years of experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• 12+ years of total industry experience in the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, and Outlook.
• Proven experience driving organizational Agile transformation.
• 6+ years of U.S.-based professional experience.
