Description

You will guide 3–4 Scrum teams through Agile transformations and coaching initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach 3–4 Scrum teams concurrently on Agile practices.
• Drive Agile maturity and transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Apply Scrum Master methodologies within the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage Jira and Jira Align to track progress and metrics.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total industry experience in the software development lifecycle.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• 6+ years of experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• 6+ years of U.S.-based professional experience.
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, and Outlook.
• Proven track record driving organizational Agile transformation.

• Any Graduate degree.
