Description

You will drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption and Jira optimization through hands-on coaching and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and expansion of Jira across the enterprise, transitioning legacy processes to Jira-based Agile workflows.
• Coach leadership, Scrum Masters, and agile teams to increase capability and self-sufficiency.
• Assess and calibrate team Agile fluency using enterprise frameworks and work mobilization activities like roadmap development.
• Build best practices and training methods using a train-the-trainer model to accelerate adoption.
• Support both sprint-based and Kanban projects while providing guidance for scaled delivery environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Jira configuration, administration, and agile reporting.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or certification in a scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFe).
• Advanced knowledge of agile theory, including scaling techniques, estimating, sizing, planning, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to mentor others and manage performance using analytical software and data analysis methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard computer applications.
• Strong facilitation skills for conflict resolution and team planning.
• Ability to manage and execute committed work activities across multiple teams.
