Lead enterprise-level organizational transformation and implement Agile practices across the company.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the establishment of standard Agile processes, tools, and deliverables.
• Guide the organization through the transition to an Agile structure using the Scrum framework.
• Coach scrum teams, stakeholders, and senior management on Agile best practices.
• Drive organizational transformation through deep leadership coaching and enterprise-level Agile implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching and leadership.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum and Agile Best Practices.
• Practical knowledge of Kanban.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven track record in enterprise-level organizational transformation.
• Ability to coach senior management and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
