Description

You will drive the adoption of agile principles and optimize value stream delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Promote and embed the FTT Ways of Working framework to ensure consistent application of agile principles across teams.
• Collaborate with Value Stream leaders to identify bottlenecks, optimize flow, and enhance end-to-end customer value delivery.
• Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and business leaders to build agile maturity.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build agile fluency and nurture communities of practice.
• Guide teams in using meaningful metrics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Proficiency in Kanban and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Coach.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners.
• Ability to drive value stream enablement and flow optimization.
• Strong capability in mentoring leadership and technical roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience advocating for pragmatic, outcome-driven agility that balances team context with enterprise goals.
