Description

Serve as a strategic change agent driving enterprise-wide lean agile enablement and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Champion enterprise-wide lean agile adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Provide coaching to teams and programs on Lean Agile, helping them select frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Define and refine the enterprise agile vision and drive the transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and remove enterprise-level blockers impacting business agility by understanding value flows.
• Organize workshops and conduct training on topics including release planning, story writing, and Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and practices.
• Expert knowledge of methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, and DevOps.
• Expert ability to recognize, analyze, and solve complex problems.
• Expert communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expert ability to drive change at all organizational levels and manage conflicts constructively.
• Expertise in applying SAFe and Agile/product mindset to Platform teams.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard Agile tools and Microsoft Office programs.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
