Drive enterprise-wide lean agile transformation and continuous improvement as a strategic change agent.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Champion lean agile adoption and define the enterprise agile vision and transformation roadmap.
• Coach teams and programs on selecting and applying frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Identify and remove enterprise-level blockers to improve value flows and business agility.
• Organize workshops and conduct training on release planning, story writing, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Apply SAFe and Agile/product mindset to Platform teams and manage conflicts constructively.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and practices.
• Expert proficiency in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, and DevOps methodologies.
• 10+ years of professional experience in agile coaching or transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard Agile tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and solve complex organizational issues.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills for driving change at all levels.
• Any Graduate degree.
