• Strong communication skills
• Prior exp. w/ leading enterprise level transformations & having coached multiple teams/roles
• 10+ yrs lean/agile prior exp
• 5+ yrs safe/agile implementation prior exp. (must have led agile transformations)
• SPC certification mandatory
• Prior training exp. on SAFe framework mandatory
• Healthcare background is a plus
• AWS/AI deployments exp. is a plus
