Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Experience working within the financial industry, specifically wealth management.
• Proven track record working alongside technology developers.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
