Description

You will lead large-scale Agile transformation initiatives using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, delivering training and coaching leadership and teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and certify SAFe 6 courses and facilitate LPM and ART events.
• Coach and mentor leadership, teams, and individuals on SA, SP, RTE, and SSM roles.
• Drive Lean-Agile adoption by advising on operating models and transformation governance.
• Implement OKR frameworks and develop metrics to track Agile maturity and adoption.
• Manage Agile tooling strategy and support the launch of Communities of Practice.

Required Skills

• Active SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• 6+ years of experience coaching Agile teams.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading Agile portfolios and transitioning complex environments from Waterfall to Agile.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, AgilityHealth, and SAFe for Enterprise.
• Experience conducting AgilityHealth maturity assessments.
• Ability to travel quarterly for PI Planning events along the Northeast corridor.
