Description

Lead global teams through agile release cycles to deliver an AI-based cash flow forecasting solution. Manage product backlogs, resolve dependencies, and remove impediments. Coach teams on agile best practices to improve delivery and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and optimizing workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams through agile release cycles to deploy software waves, data interfaces, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage the product backlog, resolve dependencies, and remove technical or process impediments.
• Coach teams on agile best practices to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to ensure alignment on project delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of project or program management experience.
• 2-3 years of experience working in an agile product-based environment.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach operating within global environments.
• Experience delivering AI-based technology solutions.
• Background working within financial or accounting organizations.
• Experience with technology platforms related to accounting or financial forecasting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as ACP, SCRUM, or PMP.
• Experience managing agile projects using Jira.
• Knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards.
