Drives continuous improvement across teams by coaching leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology projects by strategically planning, allocating resources, managing risks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Orchestrates Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings and technical alignment discussions with leadership, product management, and delivery teams.
• Facilitates Agile Ceremonies across multiple Delivery Teams and drives project quality by improving process gaps to increase efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards across Scrum Teams and Agile Release Trains (ART).
• Tracks and reports financial spend across all funding lines and interprets relevant portfolio, Release Train, and team-level metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile Champion, Project Management, and SDLC.
• Detailed knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Lean methodologies.
• Proven track record in Technical Project Delivery across all disciplines including Agile Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to champion a learning culture and foster trust and leadership in others.
• Experience encouraging diversity of thought and challenging the status quo respectfully.
• Any Graduate education level.
