Agile Coach

You will guide teams and leadership toward effective Agile adoption.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile values and practices.
• Align Agile practices with insurance sector regulatory and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design and deliver Agile training programs and workshops.
• Guide the organization through Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or ScrumScale).

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as an Agile Coach, specifically within the insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, including CRM and ERP modules.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms.
• Experience establishing and tracking Agile metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
