You will guide teams through organizational and process changes to improve their operational maturity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess internal teams to determine their current operational state.
• Define the Point of Arrival (PoA) and propose a sustainable transition plan.
• Develop engagement strategies for leadership and team leads.
• Guide teams through the transition process to the defined PoA.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proven ability to assess team maturity and define improvement roadmaps.
• Experience designing and executing organizational change strategies.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops with leadership and teams.
• Ability to drive sustainable process improvements.
• Any Graduate education background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing transitions for large-scale teams.
