You will guide organizations through Lean-Agile adoption while leveraging data expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations to senior management and executives.
• Partner with Hadoop and Big Data technical teams.
• Align with the central PMO on governance and processes.
• Coach teams and leaders to adopt Lean-Agile practices.
• Facilitate ceremonies, backlog management, and intake processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or transformation.
• Proven experience coaching within banking clients.
• Strong exposure to Big Data environments.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Data Engineering principles.
• SAFe certification.
• Experience facilitating cross-team collaboration and conflict resolution.
